Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Will Call Counter Associate.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm with occasional Saturdays. Opportunities for overtime are available.
Responsibilities:
Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
Processing orders via order management system
Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Will be working 1/2 time in the warehouse pulling and preparing customer orders
Build, wrap, sort and transport pallets and packages
May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities
Qualifications:
1-3 years customer service and warehouse experience required
Basic knowledge of HVAC services and products is preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Follow all DOT standards and regulations
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
Must possess a valid state issued driver license
General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise up to 50lb regulary and up to 75lbs occassioally
Experience using material handling equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, and forklifts is preferred
General math skills to allow for cash accounting
Excellent decision making and communication skills
An ability to learn is a must have!

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
